We are pleased to share with you our refreshed Melita identity which will guide us on our journey towards the future of communication, with you.

As we prepare to celebrate 25 years of providing customers in Malta with telecommunication services we have embarked on a process of refreshing the relationship with our customers, while looking forward to a potential merger with Vodafone.
We’re not just changing our skin. These changes follow a series of others, all having the same objective: to serve you better. Our dedicated identity for Melita Business is also intended to highlight the special attention we give to our business clients in the designing of products, processes and support channels.
- We introduced dedicated support channels for our customers over phone, email and web chat.
- We introduced our Customer Service Promises to make our service transparent.
- You told us you were waiting too long to reach us by phone. We now have the shortest call waiting times in Malta with an average of 30 seconds in the last 6 months.
- We are the only operator to publish our call centre waiting times online.
- We launched new Business Duo packages giving you more speed at even better value and will shortly be introducing even more flexibility in the way business customers can join us.
- We are rolling out new internet modems to provide a better WiFi experience for you, your staff and your customers.
- We have introduced our new TV service that will provide you with many new and advanced features. You can even watch a programme you missed seven days ago, anytime you want and wherever you want; on your TV, your tablet or your smartphone.
- We continue our efforts to improve our service. Expect much more news in the months to come.
